As SPM Composite, ensuring safe working conditions and completing operations safely are set as the priority goals in all activities carried out while delivering our services. All operational activities will be effectively controlled to prevent personal injury, loss of life, damage to health and property, and environmental destruction within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Our organization commits to making necessary arrangements for its personnel to achieve the following objectives during operations in all services provided:

To ensure the safe operation of services in compliance with national and international rules and practices,
To achieve the goal of "Zero Accidents" through continuous operational improvement by analyzing accidents, identifying root causes, and ensuring the development of procedures,
To prevent injuries and health impairments and ensure the continuous improvement of OHS management and OHS performance,
To prevent physical injury and loss of life by ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and providing necessary personnel training,
To evaluate management performance, continuously update the system, and maintain standards at the highest level,
To take necessary precautions against all identified risks, evaluate the precautions taken, and make necessary changes,
To create an emergency response plan and to continuously keep necessary human resources and other equipment ready, revise and conduct planned/unplanned drills, and ensure the active participation of all personnel in drills.
